Vendor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Daranexa Marketplace. By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Platform Role

Daranexa is a multi-vendor platform operated by McCaleb Realty Inc. We provide the infrastructure for independent vendors to list and sell products. Daranexa does not own, sell, or ship any products listed by vendors.

2. Commission & Fees

Daranexa charges a commission on each successful sale.

Standard Vendors: 15% commission.
Pro Vendors: 10% commission (subject to verification and membership).

Commission is automatically deducted at the time of sale.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Vendors are solely responsible for shipping and order fulfillment. This includes:

Setting accurate shipping rates and zones in the Store Manager.
Fulfilling orders within the specified processing time.
Updating tracking information for the customer.

Daranexa is not liable for shipping delays, damages during transit, or lost packages.

4. Vendor Verification (Pro Tier)

To qualify for the Pro Tier and receive the “Verified Seller Badge,” vendors must provide valid business identification and tax information via the Vendor Verification Portal.

5. Returns & Refunds

Vendors must manage their own return and refund policies. However, all vendors must adhere to Daranexa’s general consumer protection standards. Final responsibility for fulfillment and customer satisfaction lies with the vendor.

6. Payments & Payouts

Payouts are processed according to the schedule set in the Store Manager. Daranexa reserves the right to hold funds in case of active disputes or high return rates.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account that violates these terms, provides a poor customer experience, or fails to fulfill orders reliably.
