1. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images. Vendors must ensure they have the legal right to sell the products they list and must comply with all local laws and regulations.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Each vendor is responsible for shipping their own products to the customer. Daranexa is not responsible for shipping delays, damages during transit, or lost packages. Customers should refer to the specific shipping policy listed on the vendor’s store page.
3. Payments and Commissions
All payments are processed through Daranexa’s secure payment gateway. Daranexa (McCaleb Realty Inc) will collect a commission fee on each sale as agreed upon in the Vendor Agreement. Payouts to vendors will be processed according to the established schedule after a successful transaction.
4. Returns and Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the individual vendor’s return policy. Daranexa reserves the right to mediate disputes between customers and vendors, but the final responsibility for fulfillment lies with the vendor.
